[III.A. Consider Authority to Publish Required Legal Notice and Negotiate and Enter into a Contract to Sell Real Property Located at 600, 610, and 616 S. Sherman St. Richardson, Texas 75081.]
CONTRACT TO SELL REAL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 600, 610, AND 616 SOUTH SHERMAN STREET, MISS BRANUM.AND REALLY, YOU ALL ARE WELL AWARE OF THROUGH PROJECT RIGHT SIZE, IDENTIFICATION OF EXCESS BUILDING ASSETS AND THE ABILITY FOR US TO SELL THOSE ASSETS SO THAT WE CAN CONTINUE TO SUPPLANT OUR DEFICIT BUDGET AND OUR I'M NOT IN A REGULAR BOARD MEETING, SO I NEED TO OUR FUND BALANCE.
THAT'S THE WORD I WAS LOOKING FOR TO CONTINUE TO SUPPORT OUR FUND BALANCE.
AS WE KNOW WE'RE HAVING TO ADOPT A DEFICIT BUDGET.
AND SO WITH THAT, I RECOMMEND THAT THE BOARD AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATION TO PUBLISH THE REQUIRED LEGAL NOTICES OUTLINED UNDER LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 272 001, AND PROVIDE THE ADMINISTRATION WITH THE AUTHORITY TO NEGOTIATE AND ENTER INTO A CONTRACT TO SELL PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 600, 610, AND 616 SOUTH SHERMAN STREET, AS SET OUT IN THE RESOLUTION.
